Condo Review: Meyer House
Updated: Jul 30
Meyer House - An ultra-luxury home in the East.
Located in the prestigious Meyer Road area in District 15, the freehold Meyer House is developed by a joint venture between Singapore-listed property firm UOL Group and privately-held property development and investment firm Kheng Leong Co.
They approached a trio of famous names in design to create this condominium in the East which can rival those in the traditional prime districts. This set a new benchmark at Meyer Road.
Based on the site's gross plot ratio of 1.4, the developers could have redeveloped the site into a new private condo of 203 units, with each apartment averaging about 700sqf in size.
However, there was a lack of high-end spacious units in the East Coast area. As such the developers opted to develop just 56 luxurious units at Meyer House.
"Nassim of the East" is thus born.
