OUR STORY

I have been in real estate since 2002. And for much of that time, I was also a mother raising two boys who shared a deep love for football.

Because of the nature of my work, I was present for most of their growing-up years. School runs, weekend games, the ordinary moments that quietly become the ones you treasure most.

​

Not everyone around me had that.

​

I watched many of my peers - many of whom are talented, hardworking women - become consumed by the demands of a salaried career. Some were mothers carrying the quiet weight of "mum guilt", wishing they had more time with their children. Others were incredibly capable women who felt burnt out, questioning whether this was all their careers and lives, had to offer.

They wanted more time. More space. More life. But felt stuck.

 

I have always believed there is a reason we are placed where we are. And for me, it is to use the career that had given me so much freedom, to help other women find that same freedom for themselves.

​

Real estate is not a perfect career. But for the right person, it can be a truly life-changing one.

 

That belief became the foundation of RealTeam. Over time, it also brought together a community of people who believed in the same values.​

​

Today, I am proud to lead RealTeam alongside two cofounders, Evon Tan and Pris Low. Each of us brings our own story and strengths, but we share a common belief: a real estate career can mean more than closing deals, and nobody should have to figure it out alone.

Together, we are building a community where everyone belongs, leads, and grows.
