I started my real estate career in 2002, doing HDB properties in Marine Parade.

 

As my clients staying in Marine Parade HDB started to upgrade, they asked me to help them in their move to another condo in District 15 and 16. That started my journey working with private property owners in the East Coast and Bedok area.

 

On a typical weekend, you can find me either in Marine Parade estate, or along the East Coast from Tanjong Rhu to Bayshore.

 

I am privileged to have seen and understand in-depth about the condos in District 15 and 16, and I am happy to share my views on them.
