Dear Residents of Marine Parade,

I started my real estate career in 2002 doing HDB sales. 

 

Personally I don’t stay in Marine Parade, but work brought me to this beautiful estate in Singapore. 

 

For the past 20 years, I have had the honor of working with many owners here on the sale of their units, and have also brought many buyers to own a home in Marine Parade.

 

Some of these buyers are parents looking to enroll their children into a school here, while others choose to live here simply because of the amenities and lifestyle. 

 

We also have many owners who bought their first home here and upgrade to private properties. 

 

And Marine Parade being a mature estate, there are also many seniors who downsized as their children have moved out. 

 

Personally I have transacted more than 100 units in Marine Parade, and have even transacted a few units up to 3 times during the past 2 decades (p/s: just imagine me ratting off the history of past owners for the property! :))
