Whether you work in the CBD, travel frequently, or simply need easy access to different parts of Singapore, the connectivity here is excellent.


For those who drive, access to the PIE and ECP is straightforward, providing smooth connections to the city, Changi Airport, and other parts of the island.


Personally, I think this level of accessibility is one of the key reasons why Sceneca Residence appeals to both homeowners and investors. Good connectivity is something that remains relevant regardless of market conditions.

Sceneca Residence is a well-conceived development in a genuinely convenient location. The MRT integration makes the condo accessible, Sceneca Square adds daily value, and the unit mix supports both own-stay and rental demand.


It is not the cheapest option in the Tanah Merah cluster. But paying the right price for the right fundamentals is not a compromise. It is the point.


Whether this makes sense for you depends on your holding period, your financial structure, and what you are trying to achieve.
