Vivian started her real estate journey in 2002.

Vivian Chong, Founder
Before entering real estate, Evon spent over a decade in the investment industry as an equity analyst covering companies and markets across Asia. A Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and Chartered Accountant (CA), she built her career on rigorous research, deep business analysis, and uncovering insights from data that others might overlook.
When she transitioned into real estate in 2020, she brought that same analytical mindset with her. Different industry, same underlying principles: understand the client, evaluate the opportunity, and let the analysis do the talking.
Today, Evon specialises in Singapore's commercial property and prime residential markets, where she advises investors, owners, and occupiers on acquisitions, leasing, and asset strategies. Her background in finance allows her to look beyond the immediate transaction, considering the broader business context, long-term implications, and opportunities that a purely transactional lens might miss.
Known for being thoughtful and deliberate, Evon believes that listening is often more valuable than talking. By taking the time to understand each client's objectives, she delivers advice tailored to their goals — not just the deal in front of them.
What looked like an unconventional path into real estate has become her greatest strength — institutional investment expertise, grounded in practical market knowledge, in service of clients who want to make confident, well-informed property decisions.

Pris spent 20 years in the non-profit and charity sector before making the switch to real estate at 40. She left a stable salary, with a young daughter managing a serious health condition, because she needed work that didn't force her to choose between her family and her career.
