This old adage has been playing in my mind for the past few days.
The Covid-19 pandemic has been around for more than a year.
Many have adapted and respond positively to the situation.
Many are also waiting - for the world to return to normality.
There is nothing wrong in waiting for the world to return to normality, though "new normal" is a more appropriate word.
But while some are waiting, others are improving.
So just like sailing against the current, the one who stopped peddling fall behind.
The real estate industry is no exception.
I have seen many real estate veterans improving their skills and sharpening their tools to keep up with the requirements of this trade.
Rookies are also coming up with innovative ways to engage and capture the attention of their audience.
Those who refuse to upgrade found themselves left behind.
It is that brutal.
So to all who are reading my article, whether you are an experienced real estate agent or a newbie to the industry.
Either you forge ahead, or you fall behind.
